Deaths - Farewell Georges

Born on March 9, 1937 in Saint-Gaudens, in the Haute-Garonne region of France, Georges graduated from Sup de Co in 1958, followed by a spell at Sciences Po. At the age of 26, he joined Fram as head of sales, transforming the company before taking over as head of the group in 1991.

He was to "democratize travel" by making it accessible to as many people as possible; Framissima, travel clubs all over the world, were an illustration of the success of an alumnus of Sup de Co Toulouse.

L'Echo Touristique wrote a fine portrait of him, which we share with you here, as well asan article written by Joël Echevarria, in 1988, in Agora, the alumni magazine.

Georges, who passed away on Sunday March 13, 2022, will be remembered for his outspokenness, his wholehearted character and his love for his school, of which he was always proud. A loyal contributor to the association, he was also chairman of the 1st TBS Foundation campaign committee.
